This past weekend was the first meet at BU. ran the mile and 800 although I didnt run very smart in the mile tried to run from the front which ended up not being the best idea finished in 4:44. ran the 800 a bit smarter went 214 (69,66).
Overall I was happy with the week got in 92miles with a good workout and 2 ok races
